We understand that it's not easy to get everything right on the first try, which is why we want to offer you a smooth return experience.

Return policy

You have 30 days of right to return from the day you received your package. Please note that the return needs to be handed over to the courier within these 30 days.
The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.

Returns from outside of the EU When returning a product from outside of the EU, you will be provided with specific documents in order for your package to pass through customs. To get these, please follow the instructions in "How do I make a return" below. You will receive the following attached by email:

1 return label
3 copies of the commercial invoice. One of these copies needs to go inside the package, one is to be given to UPS when you drop off your package, and one is for you to keep.

How do I make a return? Go to our return portal here. You will be asked to add your order number and email address used when placing your order, then you are a few steps away from registering your return.

State which products you wish to return, and choose your reason for the return.
Confirm all your original delivery information or make changes that may be necessary. Once you have confirmed your information, you will be given a preselected choice for delivery of your return in a drop-down menu.
You will be asked to download your return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package, then deliver it to the drop-off location. You will also receive the label through email, together with your return receipt.
Your return is now on its way back to us.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return has been processed at our warehouse, and we'll issue you your refund within 3-5 business days. All refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase.
