Support – For employees and managers

If you feel like you need to talk to someone or if you prefer not to involve HR or your manager, employees have access to three confidential sessions with experts. These sessions are aimed at providing support for those feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or suspecting substance abuse issues that may impact their health. The support includes up to three advisory sessions, conducted via phone or video call, where individuals may meet with a psychologist, social worker, financial advisor, health coach, or HR specialist, depending on their needs.
