I forgot to add my discount code.

We can't add a discount code after an order has been placed, unfortunately.

I have not received an order confirmation.

You should receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If this is not the case, please check your spam/junk folder, as it may have ended up there. Otherwise, you are more than welcome to contact us.

I ordered yesterday and today the price of the product is reduced. Can you adjust my payment?

During Black Week we have different offers on different days, so the price of a product may change during the week. Unfortunately, we can’t change the price for a product in an already placed order.

My tracking link is not working.

It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update. If it's still not working, you are welcome to chat with us and we will help you.

Can I return products from different orders in the same package?

For our warehouse to be able to identify the correct orders, and in turn refund you correctly, products from different orders need to be returned separately.

How and when will the money for my return be refunded?

Once we've received your return, we'll issue you a refund. All refunds are issued to the same payment method used at the time of the purchase.

I forgot to register all items I wanted to return.

Please ensure to register all items that will be returned in our return portal.

I want to exchange a product on discount.

We don't offer exchanges of products, only returns and refunds. You, therefore, have to return the product and place a new order. Please contact our Customer Service team through chat or email for more help if the item isn't still on sale.

I want to buy Holiday gifts, what is your return policy?

We have extended our return policy so that you can feel comfortable purchasing your holiday gifts with us. Therefore, all orders purchased between November 14th and December 21st are eligible for return until January 31st.
