I recieved a shipping confirmation but can't see any updates on the trackning. How come?

Note that it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to be updated.

My parcel was damaged when I received it, what do I do?

Take pictures of the package, check if something is missing, and reach out to our Customer Service by using this form and we will help you out.

What happens if I deny the package or don't pick it up within the given time?

If you deny your package or do not pick it up within the given time, it will automatically be returned to us.
