Please note that products from different orders can´t be returned in the same package. These need to be registered and sent separately to be approved.
To have your return approved, you need to register it in our portal and use our return labels. Packages sent back in a different way will not be accepted.
To be considered an approved return, the products must be intact, clean, and unused, with the original labels still attached.
To register your return, please fill in your order number (only numbers and it always starts with 100 followed by 7 digits) and ensure that your email address matches the one used when placing the order.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, simply register your exchange in our return portal. Once we’ve received and processed your return, your new item will be shipped out. We recommend handing in your return as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee availability and items may sell out.

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase before the withdrawal period has expired. You can do this by registering your return through our return portal or by contacting our Customer Service team.
Once we have received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued in accordance with our applicable refund policy. Please note that the return fee will always be deducted from the refunded amount.
Please note that products must be returned in accordance with our return conditions. Any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products may affect the amount refunded.
