Important information about returns, exchanges and claims

Under EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This right is separate from and does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or defective products.

• Please note that products from different orders can´t be returned in the same package. These need to be registered and sent separately to be approved.

• To have your return approved, you need to register it in our portal and use our return labels. Packages sent back in a different way will not be accepted.

• To be considered an approved return, the products must be intact, clean, and unused, with the original labels still attached.

• To register your return, please fill in your order number (only numbers and it always starts with 100 followed by 7 digits) and ensure that your email address matches the one used when placing the order.

• Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, simply register your exchange in our return portal. Once we’ve received and processed your return, your new item will be shipped out. We recommend handing in your return as soon as possible, as we cannot guarantee availability and items may sell out.
