I just placed an order on your website, how do I know if it went through?

When your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. In the event that you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, feel free to reach out to our customer service team for assistance, as it's possible that there was an misspelling in the email address provided during the order placement.

What information do I receive in my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is the first step in confirming that we have received your order. Here, you can see the products you have ordered, the address it will be shipped to, and the chosen delivery method. The order confirmation is sent out within 24 hours, so if you haven't received one, please also check your spam folder. If an incorrect email address is registered, we can´t send out a new order confirmation to you, but our customer service can assist you in verifying that the order has been processed and provide you with a tracking link.

What information do I receive in my Shipping Confirmation?

When the shipping confirmation arrives, it indicates that your package is now leaving our warehouse, and you will receive a link to track your package. You will also see the products that we are sending to you. If any product is missing from the shipping confirmation, it is because it has run out of stock in our warehouse, and we have therefore removed it from your order and, of course, also removed the cost for it.

What payment methods do you offer?

When shopping with us at Stronger, we strive to make the payment process as seamless as possible for you. At checkout, you can easily view the available payment options for your country. We offer a variety of payment methods to suit different preferences, including card payments, invoice payment with Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, ensuring you have convenient choices for your transactions.

Can I make changes to an order that I placed?

Currently, it is not possible to make changes to an already processed order. If there has been an error, we kindly ask you to return the item(s) you wish to change and place a new order.

Can i cancel my order?

Our warehouse operates quickly, so unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a placed order at this time.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, please enter it at checkout before filling in your delivery and payment method. You will see the field to enter your code by clicking on the text "Add a discount code or voucher." In most cases, discount codes apply to regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.

I placed an order yesterday and today the product has a lower price, can you adjust the payment?

Unfortunately not, as our promotions and price reductions are always time-limited and may vary over time. The current price displayed in our online store is what applies at the moment. I forgot to add my discount code when I placed my order, can I add it afterwards?

We unfortunately can´t add a discount code after an order is placed. We recommend saving the code for your next purchase if you can.

I saw that you had a campaign yesterday but placed my order today, can I take part of it today?

Unfortunately not, discounts and campaigns are only valid during a specific time. You will always find the current price on the website.

Can i pre-book a product that are sold out?

You can´t pre-book a product that is sold out, but you can use the "Notify me" function on the product page. You click on the icon with the letter on the wanted size and write your email address, then we will let you know when the product is back in stock. If you can´t sign up, that means that the product will not come back.

I'm interested in a product that is shown as sold out, how do I know when and if it will be re-stocked?

You can use the "Notify me" button on the product page. You click on the letter icon and type your email address and we will send you an email when the product is back in stock. If the icon isn't showing, then the product is sold out and won't be re-stocked.

Do you offer giftcards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards. However, feel free to reach out to our customer service team who can guide you to our most popular products and provide great gift ideas.
