To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
Products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.
All returned items should be sent back in accordance with our return instructions. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Please note that you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that any applicable return fee will always be deducted from the refunded amount.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exemption is permitted under applicable consumer protection legislation.
