If Emma cannot interpret your request or if your question requires additional handling, she will direct you to a customer service representative who can assist you further. Depending on what your errend is about and the time of day, Emma may transfer you to a live chat if an agent is available or, alternatively, create an email that will be sent to our customer service team.

Our regular chat hours are usually between 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:30.
