1. Order, order confirmation and conclusion of purchase agreement
You will receive an order confirmation when you place an order on the Stronger website. When you receive the delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB and thereby accept our terms of purchase. This means that you undertake to comply with the terms in their entirety, agree that you have read the information and entered into an agreement with Stronger on the processing of personal data, and read information about cookies according to Stronger's Privacy Policy.

2. Date of agreement
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.strongerlabel.com and its subpages (the "Website"). When Stronger confirms your order through a delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB, reg. No. 556981-4121 ("Stronger," "we," "us"). The terms and conditions apply only to consumers.
3. Valid identification and purchase requirements
• You must be 18 years or older to place orders on the website.
• Under Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases to persons under the age of 18.
• Stronger reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, technical issues on the website, stock discrepancies (out-of-stock items), suspected fraud, or payment irregularities. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded without delay.
Prices and charges:
• Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
• Shipping cost will be added and will be accounted for separately when ordering.
• We reserve the right to make price changes and adjustments.
• Discount codes and promotions are only valid during the promotional period.
