1. Order, order confirmation and conclusion of purchase agreement
You will receive an order confirmation when you place an order on the Stronger website. When you receive the delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB and thereby accept our terms of purchase. This means that you undertake to comply with the terms in their entirety, agree that you have read the information and entered into an agreement with Stronger on the processing of personal data, and read information about cookies according to Stronger's Privacy Policy.

2. Date of agreement
These general terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("You") place an order via www.strongerlabel.com and its subpages (the "Website"). When Stronger confirms your order through a delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with Stronger AB, reg. No. 556981-4121 ("Stronger," "we," "us"). The terms and conditions apply only to consumers.
3. Valid identification and purchase requirements
• You must be 18 years or older to place orders on the website.
• Under Swedish law, we do not accept credit purchases to persons under the age of 18.
• Stronger reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors, technical issues on the website, stock discrepancies (out-of-stock items), suspected fraud, or payment irregularities. In such cases, any amounts paid will be refunded without delay.
Prices and charges:
• Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
• Shipping cost will be added and will be accounted for separately when ordering.
• We reserve the right to make price changes and adjustments.
• Discount codes and promotions are only valid during the promotional period.
4. Availability and digital access
As of June 28, 2025, new accessibility requirements under the EU Accessibility Directive apply. This means that:
• The website and all its functions must be adapted for people with disabilities according to WCAG 2.1.
• Product information, payment functions and purchase conditions must be easy to read and accessible.
• If you as a customer experience obstacles when purchasing, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
5 Intellectual property rights
The website and its content are owned by Stronger and are protected under intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use content without permission.
6. Personal data and GDPR
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (EU Data Protection Regulation). By making a purchase, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
• We collect the necessary data to complete the purchase.
• Personal data is only shared with payment and delivery partners.
• You have the right to request correction, deletion and access to your data.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days.
• The withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the goods.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• When returning, you as a customer are responsible for the return cost.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear or swimwear where the seal or hygiene seal has been broken.
• Please note that changes in fit, comfort, or performance experienced during physical activity are not considered valid grounds for returns or claims once the product has been used.
Gift with purchase – return policy
If you received a gift as part of a promotion (for example, when spending over a certain amount), the gift must also be returned if you return items and no longer meet the conditions of the offer. If the gift is not returned together with your items, the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund.
For uncollected packages:
• If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time, you will be charged the original shipping cost (if you paid for shipping) plus a return fee of 5 euro.
• Parcels normally remain at the collection point for around 10 days. It is your responsibility to track the shipment and collect it on time, even if you do not receive notifications from the carrier.
• These fees cover the costs of handling and return freight and help reduce unnecessary transport – and thus the environmental impact caused by extra shipments.
Claims and Missing Deliveries
If you do not receive your order, you must contact us within 3 weeks from the date the order was shipped. This time frame allows us to file a shipping claim and investigate what has happened with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the issue is reported after this period, as we may no longer be able to submit a claim.
If your order has been delivered but items are missing or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of collecting your parcel. In order for us to proceed with a claim, we require clear photos of the received products as well as the packaging (including the shipping label and outer box/bag). Without this documentation, we may not be able to investigate the matter further.
8. Complaints and warranty
• According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about a product within three years of purchase.
• If the defect is discovered within two months, the complaint is considered to have been made in reasonable time.
• If the complaint is approved, we offer repair, replacement or refund.
• Complaints are processed within 14-30 days.

9. Force Majeure
Stronger shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to fulfill a purchase agreement due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other factors beyond our control.
10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions of purchase are governed by Swedish law, without the application of private law or conflict of laws rules. Disputes are settled in Swedish courts.
