What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy.
Can I make an exchange for a product?
No, we do not offer exchanges of products, only returns, and refunds. You, therefore, have to return the product and place a new order.
How much do I pay for my return?

How do I register my return?
You can easily register your return in the return portal, you'll find it by clicking here.
Can I return products from different orders in the same package?
Unfortunately, it's not possible to return products from different orders in the same package.
How long does it take for my package to be returned to you?
It will take about a week for your package to arrive at our warehouse.
How and when will I recieve the refund for my return?
When we have received your return and handled it at our warehouse, you will be refunded. It will take up to 5 business days until you see your money in your account. The refund is issued to the same payment method as you used when you're placing your order.
How do I file a claim?
We strive for all products to be of the highest quality. If an item in your order appears to be defective, we request that you file a complaint as soon as the defect has been noticed. In the complaint, we ask you to describe the experienced defect in detail, let us know what product the complaint refers to, and, send us pictures where the referred problem is shown.
