1. Ordering, confirmation of order and entering into a purchase agreement
2. Point in time of agreement
These terms and conditions apply when the consumer (“you”) is placing an order with www.stronger.se/se/, “the Website,” and its subpages. When Stronger has confirmed your order, you have entered into an agreement with Stronger AB, company registration number 556981-4121. These terms and conditions are applicable for you in your capacity as a consumer when ordering Stronger’s products on the Website.
3. Valid identification etc.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place orders on the Website. You therefore have to be able to present a valid identification to be permitted to purchase on the Website as well as a valid means of payment through our payment solution. According to Swedish law, we DO NOT approve credit purchase to below 18 years of age. Stronger reserves the right to deny or make changes in your order if you for example exhibit incorrect personal data or/and have payment remarks.
Prices stated on the Website include VAT.
Cost of freight is not included in the price and is charged and declared for separately in connection with placing of orders.
Prices stated may from time to time be changed by Stronger.
Products are chosen and put in the shopping cart. The order may be changed by you as long as Stronger has not confirmed the order.
Stronger reserves a right to abstain from delivering ordered products in the event that chosen products are not available.
When using discount codes registered in the register, you put the products in the shopping cart, go to register and add the discount code where stating discount code is indicated.
When using a campaign offer, the prices have already been reduced when you have put the product in the shopping cart.
When using a value check it will be created as a gift card when contacting customer service.
Stronger do not assume responsibility for image or typing errors on the website. This includes but is not limited to errors in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices or adjustments of prices or incorrect information of stock availability. Stronger reserves a right to correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. Stronger is not liable for delayals or lack of stock, from the point in time at which order is placed and before Stronger confirms the order. Stronger reserves a right to inform you if any incorrect price has been set on an item that you ordered and will stay the approval of the new price before Stronger proceeds with your order. All image information on the website should be exclusively regarded as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the number of items you receive, or the product's exact appearance, features or origin. Information on the website that comes from a third party is not Strongers responsibility.
5. Intellectual property etc.
The Website and all the contents of the Website is owned by Stronger. Information on the Website is subject to protection by intellectual property legislation and marketing legislation. The reproduction of and making available to the public of product names, pictures, graphical design, layout and information about products, services, and other content, cannot be done without prior written approval by Stronger.

7. Right to cancel orders
You have the right to cancel your purchase without presenting a reason within thirty (30) days. The time frame within which you have a right to cancel the order, commences from the point in time at which you received the last product in your order in your possession. Certain products are exempted from the right to cancel. If you want to use your right to cancel an order you shall send a written message to Stronger regarding your decision to cancel the order (for example through email). The products subject to cancelation must be returned without broken seal and must not have been used and shall be undamaged. The product must be returned in the original packaging, with tags and labels retained.
In the event that you have used a bonus check in connection with placing an order, which you chose to cancel, repayment will be made by way of a gift card or credit receipt.
In the event that you have used a discount code or campaign offer for the product ordered, which order you have canceled, the discount code or campaign offer will not be reactivated, i.e., the discount code or the campaign offer will be considered as used and cannot be enforced by you any longer.
When returning a product subject to a campaign offer, you may place a new order if the product in question is still subject to the campaign offer on the Website.
Stronger assumes liability for the product when the product is returned from you from the time at which you have transferred the product to a carrier. You may not be held liable for the product if the product is harmed or disappears from the time at which the product has been transferred to the carrier, unless Stronger can prove that you have been negligent, e.g., by not having adequately packaged the product, or if you have stated the wrong address for your return. Please make sure you return the product as a parcel and keep the number for your return until you have had your repayment paid or until you have been contacted.
You are liable for the cost of the return of the canceled order when you utilize your right to cancel.
You have a prolonged right to cancel until January 31, 2022, for purchases made from November 15, 2021, and to and including December 21, 2021.
8. Right to cancel order
In the event that you cancel the order and returns the product, the product must be sent to Stronger within 14 days from the time at which you sent your message to cancel the order on the Website.
You will receive your repayment at the latest 14 days following your information to us about your cancelation of your order. We have the right to stay the repayment until we have received the returned product or when you have produced evidence that you have returned the product, whichever occurs first. We will use the same means of payment for repayment as was used when you placed the order. Change of means of payment will not accrue any additional fee for you.
You assume the cost of the return of the product when you cancel your order.
If you do not pick up a delivered product, we will charge a fee of SEK 150.
9. Gift card
In the event that you have returned a product using a gift card, we urge you to contact customer service and you will obtain a new gift card.
10. Gifts and samples
When returning products gifts and samples in connection with the order, shall be returned to Stronger.
11. Replacement of product
In the event that the product purchased is not defected, we do not offer a new product to replace the purchased one, but merely cancelation and repayments.
You therefore have to cancel your order and return the product and obtain repayment. You may thereafter place a new order with the product you want to order.
You may not cancel and obtain repayment in the event that the product was subject to a campaign offer and the campaign period has expired. You may not obtain a replacement in the event that the product has been sold out.
All products that you purchase from Stronger should be of the highest quality. In the event you receive a product which is defected, you should file a complaint with us as soon as you have detected the defect. According to the Swedish Consumer Protection Act, (Sw: konsumentköplagen), a consumer shall file a complaint with the seller within a reasonable time from the point in time at which the consumer detected the defect. According to the act complaining within two months from detection of the defect is considered to be a reasonable time. In the event that you file a complaint more than three years following the point in time at which you obtained the product in your possession, you may not obtain any remedy as a result of a defected product under the act. In the event that you want to file a complaint as a result of a defected product, please take pictures of the product and file your complaint by clicking on this link. You must also file a complaint in the event of delayed delivery within a reasonable time from the time at which the delivery should have been made.
Each complaint is treated and assessed manually. It may therefore take between 14-30 days before a decision is made and can be communicated to you. Non-approved complaints are returned to the buyer.

13. Returning and replacements of underwear and swim wear
As for swim and under wear, hygiene is of greatest importance when it comes to returning and replacing such products. Other terms and conditions for the replacement and returning of swim and under wear therefore apply. When you purchase a bikini bottom the product is accompanied with a sanitary plastic seal in the crotch. Underwear is delivered in a sealed bag. In order to be permitted to return such a product, the seal needs to be intact. In the event that the seal is broken, neither the right to cancel the order nor the right to open purchase applies. The product will in such an event be returned to you.
14. Force Majeure
In the event that Stronger is prevented from performing any of its obligations according to these terms and conditions, by an occurrence at the point in time of the purchase, beyond a Stronger’s reasonable control, and which could not have been reasonably foreseen at the time of the purchase, and if the fulfilment of delivery of the products would entail sacrifices which are not reasonable considering the interest of the customer of having Stronger fulfilling the purchase, Stronger shall be excused as long as the occurrence persist. You are not entitled to compensation for harm suffered as a result of delayal or defected products on part of Stronger if the defect and delayal is a result of circumstance outside of Stronger’s control and which Stronger could not reasonably have been of aware of at the point in time of the purchase and which consequences Stronger could not have reasonably avoided or overcome.
15. Personal information
We process data according to GDPR. We have a legal right to process personal data to fulfill our obligations under agreements with you when you purchase products on our Website. We process personal data for purposes of being able to fulfill our obligations under the agreements with you when you purchase products on the Website. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without application of its conflict of law principles.
