How to properly wash your workout clothes

To keep your workout clothes functional and stretchy, wash them carefully at 30–40 °C. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying, as heat damages elasticity and fabric softener hinders moisture wicking and breathability. Tumble drying also causes unnecessary wear and tear. How to get sweat odor out of workout clothes

A simple trick to remove sweat odor from workout clothes is to soak them in a mixture of water and vinegar for 15–20 minutes before washing.
